The Twelve Days of Christmas - A Christmas Pant-ho-ho-ho.
Barking Music and Drama presented
the English Premiere Production of The Twelve Days
of Christmas.
A Christmas Pant-ho-ho!!
Absoloutely fantastic - that was the verdict from my family.
A lively and entertaining performance by the Barking Music and Drama cast had the children jumping up and down in their seats and yelling out at the tops of their voices. It was a well-written Pantomime with lots of singing and dancing and of course the odd joke or two!!
The fast pace kept us all on the edges of our seats as the cast did a whistle stop tour of the world, going form the ice cold North Pole to the steaming jungles of Africa.
Gertie
Played by Michael Fowler
and Queen Cupcake played
by Sue Kite
With the help of the vigilant audience all the keys hidden by the evil wizard, played by Tony O'Connell, were found in time to for Christmas to come to Dimple Bottom.
With such a talented show I can't wait till June when BMAD's present their next performance which will be Annie Get Your Gun at the Kenneth Moore Theatre, Ilford. For more information and to keep up-dated with BarkingMAD visit their website at www.BarkingMAD.org.uk
