Kathy and Lisa joined together in 2004 to form one of the best female cover duos in Essex! They have been close friends for six year and decided it was about time they sang together, and it’s the best thing they ever did. Kathy has been singing since she was a child and has had operatic training, which developed her strong mezzo soprano voice. For the last twenty years she has been a member of the local music and drama group taking lead roles in many musicals. Kathy is a vocal coach and teaches at a number of local performing arts schools. Kathy influences are, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Madonna, and Dido. Lisa started singing at the age of ten and had opera training for some years which alongside her natural ability has given her a very powerful alto voice. Lisa has been singing professionally for many years with various bands, and has sung solo for a time. Lisa’s influences are, Cher, Shania Twain, Madonna and Kylie Minogue. Both girls have versatile and powerful yet very
different voices which result in great harmonies giving them the ability to
deliver a great range of songs. They have such a large repertoire that they can
comfortably adapt their show to cater for any type of audience small or large,
old or young! They have performed in Pubs, Clubs at Weddings and Private
Parties.
